Microgreens are the stage of growth after sprouting. Harvesting well before the plant matures allows the plant to retain up to 40x higher nutrient content!
 Studies have shown microgreens also prevent the build up of free radicals in the body reducing the risk of heart disease, cancer, and Alzheimer's disease.  They are great as a salad or added to your favorite recipes!
